ESCEG participates in an exchange on the activity of preparation and improvement of Government and Universities cadres

The Higher School of State and Government Cadres, participated in the meeting held in the Government of Havana to exchange on the results of the preparation and improvement of the cadres and reserves of the province and the participation of the Universities in the fulfillment of homework. The working meeting was chaired by Lieutenant Governor Yanet Hernández, the Director of Preparation and Training for Ministry Staff, Gerardo Montenegro Morán, and the official of the Directorate of State and Government Staff, Israel Neninger.
In the activity, the director of cadres of the government of the capital presented the results achieved in 2022 and the projections for 2023, highlighting in both moments, the alliances developed with the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, which have derived a joint work project, for the preparation and improvement of the management teams of the municipalities of Boyeros, Regla, Cotorro and Habana del Este, commented by the vice-rector of the ESCEG, Dr.C Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau.
Colleague Montenegro Morán, commented on the functioning of the provincial and municipal groups to attend to the preparation and improvement of the cadres in the territories, the organization of preparation actions for the new approved government structures and the need to work for continuous training . In the conclusions, the work carried out by Havana in the period was recognized and a call was made to continue working with science and innovation in the preparation of the cadres and reserves of the province. The directors of municipal cadres and other officials from the Directorate of State and Government Cadres and the Ministry of Higher Education attended the meeting.
