ESCEG participates in the event for the 140th anniversary of the death of Carlos Marx

On March 14, 2023, three professors from the Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno, represented by the Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, the methodologist Dr. C. Lydia María Garrigó Andreu and the professor of the Center of Public Administration Study, Dr. C. Martín Irían Barrios Rivera, participate in the Ñico López Higher School of the Party in the act of the 140th Anniversary of the death of Carlos Marx. The central activity was carried out by the speaker Isabel Monal, who titled her conference: “Carlos Marx on the road to the top”.
