ESCEG executives and IPACS RANEPA students visit the University of Havana and the Plaza de la Revolución

As part of the Public Administration Training Program in Cuba for students of the Institute of Public Service and Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of Economics and Public Administration (IPACS RANEPA), taught by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) From October 7 to 11, 2024, ESCEG executives and IPACS RANEPA students visited the University of Havana and the Plaza de la Revolución.
This Training Program is developed within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation, signed in September 2019, by the ESCEG and the Russian academy, and includes visits to academic, cultural and historical institutions.
