A successful exchange takes place at the headquarters of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) with a delegation from the Shanghai Administration Institute (SAI), chaired by Xie Genhua, Vice President of the Institute.
Participating for the ESCEG, the Rector, Dr.C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, the Vice-Rectors Dr.C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón, Dr.C. Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau and M. Sc. Lisi Campos Chaurero, as well as Dr.C. José Miguel Valdés Portal, Head of the IT Department.
At the meeting, an exchange of experiences was held on the impact of the collaboration developed between the ESCEG and the SAI and the work projections for 2024.
The ESCEG and the SAI began collaborative relations in June 2016, with the signing of the first Memorandum of Understanding for exchanges and cooperation in training, scientific research and technical assistance in public and business policies. And from that date to the present, exchanges on highly relevant topics for the preparation of public administration and business system cadres and professors from cadre-training institutions throughout the country have been held every year, organized as a whole. More than 800 cadres, civil servants and professors have graduated from these preparations.
The ties of friendship and collaboration between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres and the Shanghai Institute of Administration continue to strengthen.
