ESCEG develops Training of competency profiles with the Board of Directors of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Cuba

On March 9, 2024, the Skills Profile Training was carried out at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres with the Board of Directors of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Cuba, which constitutes a polygon of good practices for the preparation of the paintings. The design of the profile is approved, the generic skills of the cadres are assessed, one of the skills in the dictionary is worked on as a team: strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork and professional technical mastery and the next steps to follow are planned.
