The ESCEG develops methodological workshops and exchange of experiences on the preparation and improvement of the cadres of the public and business administration of the country
During the year 2022, 13 methodological and experience exchange workshops have been held at the Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno (ESCEG), on the preparation and improvement of public and business administration cadres, with more than 450 participants, among which are, improvement heads, coordinators and professors of 27 institutions responsible for the preparation of cadres and their reserves in the country.

To these 11 workshops, developed between the months of June and November 2022, are added two methodological workshops and exchange of experiences on the preparation and improvement of public and business administration cadres, developed in the months of January and March of this year. .
Through these workshops, not only the ESCEG faculty have provided methodological preparation to the professors of the aforementioned institutions, but also, these meetings have become a favorable framework for the exchange of experiences among the professors of the institutions. participants, in methods of formation and preparation of cadres and their reserves.
These preparations will continue to be developed during the months of November and December, a period during which virtual courses will be offered through the Virtual Learning Environment (EVA), aimed at preparing teachers and also at the exchange of experiences between institutions responsible for improving of the public and business administration cadres in the country.
