The ESCEG-Cuba Branch is created, of the Association of Graduates of the Hunan Vocational Institute of Foreign Trade

On the occasion of the visit to the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), of the delegation of the province of Hunan, of the sister People's Republic of China, the ESCEG was established, with the participation of graduates of the bilateral Seminar online on the contribution of the Cuban digital economy to sustainable development, organized between both institutions, from December 4 to 17, 2023, the ESCEG-Cuba Branch, of the Association of Graduates of the Hunan Vocational Institute of Foreign Trade. Mercedes Hilda González Guilarte, First Vice Head of the National Office of Statistics and Information, a graduate of the Seminar, spoke at the meeting, representing the students, thanking them for the preparation received. Mr. Xia Zhilun, Director of the Department of Education of Hunan Province, presented the Rector, Dr.C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, the plaque, which makes the constitution of the Branch official. The Rector and Vice Rector Dr. C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón were appointed as President and Vice President, respectively. Mr. Tang Jin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hunan Foreign Trade Vocational Institute, delivered the document making the appointment official. The representatives of both delegations expressed their intentions to develop joint projects aimed at the preparation of managers.
