ESCEG Board of Directors trains in the use of SIPAC
In the hall of the Rectorate of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG), the vice minister of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES), Dr.C Alicia Alonso Becerra, accompanied by a team of developers from the University of Computer Sciences (UCI) and the Director of Computerization of the MES, gave the workshop on the Activity Planning System (Sipac) in its version 4.0 to the Board of Directors of the school. In the exchange, the vice minister addressed the functionalities of the System, highlighting that this application allows optimal planning of tasks.
It also meant that SIPAC is a friendly, dynamic software aimed at facilitating activities at all organizational levels in the planning process. In a second part of the workshop, a practical demonstration of SIPAC was carried out, based on the current month, allowing participants to deploy different functionalities of the system.
SIPAC is a software application designed to facilitate activities at all organizational levels in the Objective Planning process. It is based on the principles of technological independence, implementing general functionalities of the processes associated with planning by objectives, but from the particularities of the Cuban planning model.
