ESCEG and Minag Cuadres organize projections for the preparation of tables and reserves of the sector.

With the aim of advancing in the projection of the preparation and improvement of senior managers and executives of the Ministry of Agriculture (Minag), a work exchange was developed between managers of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) represented on this occasion by its rector Mercedes Delgado Fernández and vice rector Barbara Susana Sánchez with the organism's Director of Pictures, Julia Maray Muriel Escobar. In the meeting held, the need to establish a preparation system for these managers was valued where different modalities are used, according to the training needs and the competency profile of each manager. The ESCEG presented the Training and Training Action Plan conceived for the year, emphasizing the preparation of management teams, training for the performance of functions, postgraduate courses and Postgraduate Specialties in Public Administration and Business Management and Management. recently accredited with the superior category of Excellent.
The analyzes carried out contribute to the Action Plan for the implementation of the 63 measures approved to boost agricultural production, especially those oriented to the activity of Staff, Completion and Training of Human Resources. The exchange carried out generates commitments and lays the foundations between the parties for the development of a Preparation and Improvement System that contributes to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Agriculture hand in hand with science and innovation.
