ESCEG and the Metropolitan Technological University of High Technology - UTMAT of Aguascalientes exchange by videoconference

The Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) exchanges with the Metropolitan Technological University of High Technology - UTMAT of Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Both higher education institutions exchanged with the purpose of agreeing on the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding that they will soon sign, with the purpose of cooperating in the field of education, science, technology and innovation.
In the virtual exchange, its Rector, Dr.C., participated on behalf of the ESCEG. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, the Vice-Rector Dr.C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón and Dr.C. Marlenys Martínez Clapé, General Secretary, who is completing a postdoctoral stay at the Technological University of Aguascalientes. And they were present by the Metropolitan Technological University of High Technology – UTMAT, its Academic Director, Mtro. Jaime Damián García and Mtro. Miguel Ángel Zamarripa Romero, Director of Dual Education.
Both institutions plan actions for the development of educational projects and programs.
