ESCEG and Gran Caribe Hotelian Group sign collaboration agreement

With the presence of the rector of the Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández and the President of the Gran Caribe Hotelian Group, Cristina León Iznaga, a collaboration agreement was signed by both institutions that ensures the future development of different activities between the parties, with an emphasis on the preparation and improvement of the executives of this important Business Group. At the event, the school rector recognized the importance of signing this agreement and the satisfaction of having contributed to the preparation of the main executives of this organization, in Diploma, Postgraduate Specialty and courses taught at ESCEG. For her part, the President of the Gran Caribe Group, thanked the opportunity of this agreement to strengthen the improvement of its cadres and reserves, seeking a change of mentality that projects future benefits. In the sustained exchange and as part of the official act, a possible route to follow was identified to meet the demands of preparing and overcoming senior and intermediate cadres in the sector, taking advantage of the various modalities and taking into account the definition of skill profiles. per charge.
