ESCEG and Government of Havana, generating alliances for the preparation of cadres

At the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG), an exchange of work was developed aimed at organizing the preparation of decision-making staff of the capital with the participation of the Director of Staff of Havana, MSc. Lazara Argudín Hernández, accompanied by the training specialist of the Government of the Capital. On behalf of the ESCEG, the Vice Chancellor Dr.C. Barbara Susana Sánchez and the General Secretary Dr.C. Marlenys Martínez Clapé, who thanked the exchange opportunity and explained all the training actions carried out by the school. The meeting allowed the evaluation of alternatives for the preparation and improvement of the main government cadres, during the year 2023, jointly identifying opportunities and issues to fulfill such an important assignment. Once again the ESCEG and the Government of Havana, strengthen ties to continue advancing in the preparation of directors.
