ESCEG and GELECT sign collaboration agreement

On January 22, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), Mercedes Delgado Fernández and the President of the Electronic Industry, Computer Science, Automation and Communications Group (GELECT), Lázarojim Alberto Campos Martínez , sign a collaboration agreement in the field of Public and Business Administration. 
This collaboration will fundamentally focus on the activities of:
• Training of cadres and reserves of the business system, using different modalities of postgraduate preparation, with emphasis on the use of blended and virtual reality; 
• Carrying out knowledge exchanges, visits of good practices, regulations and experiences to improve the training of cadres, reserves and quarries of the Business system, with the aim of contributing to the development programs that the Group has, aligned with the strategic objectives of the School.
• Development of joint research projects, studies, events, publications and other modalities of obtaining and disseminating knowledge, as a necessity inherent to scientific research.
• International collaboration activities and projects, with the aim of improving management linked to leadership development and the creation of good practice polygons with the Group's main technological advances for the preparation of cadres, reserves and quarries. 
The signing of the agreement took place at GELECT in which managers from both institutions participated and a tour of the facilities was taken.
