ESCEG and the Directorate of Cadres of Havana join forces for 2023

The Escuela Superior de Cadres del Estado y del Gobierno (ESCEG) received a visit from comrade Lázara Argudín Hernández, Director of Cadres of the Government of Havana, and her official for training to develop a work meeting oriented to the projections of the preparation and overcoming of the main cadres of the and its municipal structures. The rector Dr.C Mercedes Delgado Fernández and the vice-rectors Dr.C Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau and Dr.C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón, accompanied by the Head of the Department of Public Administration, MSc. María Mercedes Machín Hernández and the General Secretary of the school, Dr.C Marlenys Martínez Clapé. In the exchange developed, the commitments of the province in the preparation and improvement of its cadres for the year and the need to assume new commitments were analyzed, which give answers to the preparation of the new approved structures. The discussions culminated in the approval of a joint work project, which includes the participation of the school in the Boyeros, Regla, Cotorro and Habana del Este municipalities, for the generation of capacities of the management teams of the mayor and members of the management of the Municipal Assemblies, the development of preparation seminars with the cadres of the province on topics and the holding of a workshop to organize and promote work in the selected municipalities.
