The ESCEG and the delegation of the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic and the Memorial of the Complaint visit

The Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in September 2019, with the Russian Academy of Economy and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Federation of Russia, from October 7 to 11, 2024, offers a Training Program in Public Administration in Cuba for students of the Institute of Public Service and Administration of RANEPA. As part of this Program, the delegation from the counterpart academy and ESCEG directors visited the Attorney General's Office and the Memorial of the Complaint.
The students learned about the work carried out by the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Cuba and the close ties of friendship and exchanges that this body maintains with counterpart institutions of the Russian Federation.  
At the Memorial of the Denunciation, they learned about important facets of Cuban history, and the acts of State terrorism promoted against Cuba.
