ESCEG and CITMA Collaboration Agreement signed

On December 22, in commemoration of the Day of the Educator, the Collaboration Agreement is signed by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) represented by the Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) represented by the Vice Minister, Dr. C. Adianez Taboada Zamora.
1. The Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno will coordinate with the Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment to carry out exchanges of knowledge, regulations and experiences on document and archive management, as well as the management of information technologies. and communications, which will contribute to raising the culture of cadres, reserves and teachers.
2. The Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno will organize an activity plan with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment to turn the ESCEG into an institution of good practices in document and archive management, turning it into a polygon of good practices for the preparation of cadres and reserves of the country.
3. Both parties will work together in the organization of training, courses and other modalities of preparation, in the field of document and archive management, for the training of cadres and their reserves.
4. The Escuela Superior de Cadres del Estado y del Gobierno will provide advice to the cadres of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, for the realization of postgraduate studies and in other topics of mutual interest.
5. Both parties will work on updating policies and regulations, in terms of document and archive management, with the aim of having accurate, objective and timely information in decision-making and in the accountability of the cadres and their reserves, as well as guaranteeing the protection of the historical memory of both institutions and the documentary heritage of the Cuban nation.
6. Both parties will jointly carry out research studies, on topics of mutual interest, being able to formalize research projects and will present the results of these investigations in events, publications and other modalities of obtaining and disseminating knowledge, as an inherent need for research. scientific.
