ESCEG 2024 activities begin
With the inauguration on January 29, 2024 of the VIII edition of the Postgraduate Specialty in Public Administration and the VI edition of the Quarry Training for fundamental positions, its calendar began at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG). teacher corresponding to the year 2024.
19 students from the Ministries of Transportation, Domestic Trade, Tourism, Higher Education, Education, Public Health, Communications, Energy and Mines, the Revolutionary Armed Forces, the People's Supreme Court, the Comptroller General of the Republic, the Attorney General's Office, participate in the specialty. the Republic and the Government of Havana.
For their part, 12 students representing the provincial governments of Camagüey, Las Tunas, Mayabeque and Ciego de Ávila, Ministries of Industries, Education, Labor and Social Security, Energy and Mines, Tourism and Business Groups participate in the Quarry Training. Agriculture, the Central Bank of Cuba and the Comptroller General of the Republic.
Both programs support the preparation for the transition of cadres with satisfactory results in their training and better performance.
Several educational activities have been developed, such as the giving of update conferences by the Secretary of the Council of State and the National Assembly of People's Power, Homero Acosta Álvarez, by the Minister of Justice Oscar Silvera Martínez, by the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Communications Ernesto Rodríguez Hernández, Vice Minister first of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Yaniris Hernández Vento and María del Carmen Cedeño Rodríguez, head of the Department of Attention to the Population of the Palace of the Revolution, among others.
