Doctoral defense Model of managerial competencies for the management of personnel policy in hospital services

On November 26, 2024, Yadney Osmaida Miranda Lorenzo successfully defends the Doctorate titled: Management competency model for the management of staff policy in hospital services from the doctoral program in Economic Sciences at the University of Matanzas. Dr. C. Evelyn González Paris and Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández served as tutors. 
This research constitutes a contribution to the National Program of Science, Technology and Innovation Management activity and work with cadres, coordinated by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres. In particular, the doctoral research made it possible to validate the generic competencies of managers in a strategic Cuban sector, such as health.
