Directivas de la ESCEG en inauguración del XXVIII Congreso Internacional CLAD 2023

The Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) participated in the opening of the CLAD 2023 International Congress, with the presence of the head of the center, Mercedes Delgado Fernández and the vice-rectors Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau and Ana Gloria Navarro Penton.
In this edition, the ESCEG delegates will participate in a work panel within the thematic area "Professionalization as a pillar of public administration in the 21st century" with the presentation of three papers.
The opening was led by the Secretary General of CLAD Francisco Javier Velázquez López, who offered the details of the conclave and thanked Cuba for its collaboration and professionalism as the venue for the Congress.
Also participating in the opening ceremony were Deputy Prime Minister José Luis Perdomo DiLella, Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos, head of the Directorate of State and Government Cadres, Reynaldo Velázquez Zaldivar, Vice Minister of Higher Education and Esther Dweck, Minister of Administration Management.
