Develops the Superior School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), training in profiles by competition with Cadres of the Flora and Fauna Business Group.

As part of the measures aimed at strengthening the preparation of cadres, training in competition profiles was developed with the MINAG Flora and Fauna Employer Group's Cadres and Reserves. Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Superior School of State and Government Staff, was in charge of teaching the course.
