Develops at ESCEG Training in Profiles of Competencies for cadres

With the participation of the directors of cadres of the Business Groups and of the Central Organ of the agricultural sector of the country, a training session organized at the Superior School of State and Government cadres is held to define the profiles of the cadres of the sector. This preparation and improvement activity is part of the approved tasks in the Plan of 63 Measures to promote agricultural activity. The exchange is led by the school principal, who serves as the main teacher of the training. The determination of competence profiles is an activity of high importance for the successful development of organizations and is referred to in the Presidential Decree on the Work System with Tables.
