Develops the ESCEG, its balance of objectives and processes at the MONTH
With the participation of the First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) Dr.C. Modesto Gómez Crespo and the leadership of the rector of the Escuela Superior de Cuadros (ESCEG) Dr.C Mercedes Delgado Fernández, the balance of compliance with the school's processes and objectives was developed, corresponding to the year 2023, accompanied by the Council of School management and representatives of the organization, Dr.C Deysi Fraga Cedré, Dr C. Armando Lauchy Sañudo, Dr.C Mario Martín Garateix and M Sc Gerardo Montenegro Morán.
The analysis included the presentation of the fulfillment of the goals in the year 2023 and the projections for the year 2024, of the processes Postgraduate Training, Science, Technology and Innovation, University Extension, Human Resources, Internationalization, Information, Communication and Computerization and Material Assurance, those that achieved, in the period, the evaluation of overcompliance in 71.4% of the processes and 87.5% of the strategic objectives.
At the meeting, the rector emphasized the achievements achieved in the period, highlighting the Institutional Evaluation process carried out in the month of December, where the rating of Excellent was achieved, reaffirming the progress achieved due to the high commitment and dedication of her team. , as well as the challenges that 2024 imposes in fulfilling the center's mission.
The participants offered their considerations to the work developed by the school, agreeing on the results presented and distinguishing the work developed in each process and objective. The vice minister thanked the presentation and analysis carried out by the rector of the center, congratulated his team for the status of Excellence achieved and defined some priorities to consider in the work of the year 2024.
As a culmination of the activity, it was reported by the General Secretary of the School's Union Section, Dr.C. Marlenys Martínez Clapé, the choice of the school to receive the 85th anniversary Flag of the Central Workers of Cuba, in an event to be held next Sunday, January 21.
