Development of training in Process Management for the COMBIOMED Company.

On January 11, 12 and 20, the training in Process Management was developed: an approach and a management tool for managers of the COMBIOMED Company, taught by Professor Dra.C. Vivian Isabel Antunez Saiz. The fundamental processes of the entity were worked on, as well as tools such as the dimensioning of the product and service and the process map. The training was highly valued by the participants issuing words such as challenging, instructive, strategically important.
