Developed by ESCEG Board of Directors

This morning, chaired by Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff, the Board of Directors of the School was held in a reduced composition.

As an important part of the working meeting, the commitment of the workers and managers in defense of the Revolution was valued, as well as the firmness in the care and protection of the institution 24 hours a day, important issues were analyzed such as advances in the preparation of the information to face the accreditation process, the behavior of the overcoming activity, the budget, the results of the strategic audit and the plan of measures to face the issues on which work must continue, based on its app.

As part of the meeting, progress in the communication campaign in greeting to the ESCEG X Anniversary, the conclusion of the ESCEG Procedures Manual and the activity plan for the vacation period were also assessed.

As a result of this important work meeting, a set of actions to be developed prior to the vacation period were proposed.
