Delegation from the Guizhou Provincial Academy of Governance of the People's Republic of China visit the ESCEG

On November 4, a delegation from the Guizhou Provincial Academy of Governance visited the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), chaired by Mr. Shi Yubao. Member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China; Head of the Organization Department of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China in Guizhou and accompanied by other managers such as Mr. Tao Pingsheng. Director General of the Guizhou Provincial Foreign Affairs Office. 
On the Cuban side, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, presided over the exchange, together with the Vice-Rectors. In the exchange, the Rector expressed the main results obtained, since 2014, in the preparation of managers with the sister nation China and highlighted the opportunities offered with the Guizhou Provincial Academy of Governance.
The delegation of the People's Republic of China shared their impressions of this important visit and expressed their gratitude for the warm reception offered and the possibilities of collaboration and exchange offered to both institutions, in the fulfillment of the preparation of Cuba's main cadres. and from China.

As a culmination of the meeting, both directors signed a Memorandum of Understanding that ensures the development of actions between the ESCEG and the Guizhou Provincial Academy of Governance, which will contribute to the preparation of cadres and the exchange of experiences between the parties. The signing of the MoU was attended by the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Cuba, Mr. Hua Xin.
