Defenses of the final work of the I Diploma in Public and Business Administration at ESCEG

On July 20, the 33 cadres defend their final works of the I Diploma in Public and Business Administration through 28 innovation projects, whose proposed solutions are aligned with the agreements derived from the 8th Party Congress and constitute priorities in the fulfillment of the National Plan for Economic and Social Development to 2030, which respond to the missions and strategic objectives of the institutions represented.

During the defenses, the students valued the high level of rigor and demand of the Diploma, which in this blended modality required the development of qualities that should characterize the cadres, such as the ability to face various challenges or problems in unison, act creatively, seek alternative solutions, organize time efficiently and effectively to fulfill all the indicated tasks, in addition to continuing to attend to daily responsibilities as cadres. They also proposed that the School become an incubator center for innovation projects led by directors with a Technical Advisory Council, which could start with the projects defended in this edition.

This year we will develop the IX National Impact Workshop with the evaluation of the results of the implementation of the final works and we will summon you to other preparation modalities such as training according to the training needs expressed by you in the survey.
