Defense of the final works of the V Edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration

On November 28, 2024, 29 final works of the V Edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration will be defended at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres in 6 courts with the participation of professors from the faculty and directors as guests, interested in the contributions presented by the 32 students. 
The final works correspond to organizational innovation projects, processes, products and services, developed with methodological rigor, whose proposed solutions are aligned with the agreements derived from the 8th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, with the country's priorities, and respond to the missions and strategic objectives of the institutions and contribute to greater effectiveness and efficiency. The works defended were:
1. Design of a strategy to improve the science, technology and innovation system in the GEOCUBA High Technology Company.
2. Strategy for improvement and strengthening in the Management and Administration of the external business scheme of Neuronic S.A.
3. Design of a strategy for the introduction of products from the Cuban biopharmaceutical industry in high-standard countries: focus on regulatory affairs.
4. Design of generic management competencies associated with the command levels of the Ministry of the Interior. 
5. Design of competence profiles in the Attorney General's Office of the Republic.

6. Strategy for improving the management of Institutional Communication in the Institute of Information and Social Communication.
7. The Population Care activity as an instrument to achieve Quality Management.
8. Evaluation of the impact of legality control activities on the entities served.
9. Improvement of the System for Attention to People's Complaints and Requests. 
10. Bases for the procedure for the comprehensive management of economic contracting in the Construction Business Group of the MININT.

12. Improvement of the food balance process in the different activities of the Western Commercial Administrative Unit (UACO).
