Cycle of online seminars on "Digital transformation for governance" continues

Organized jointly by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation and, under the Memorandum of Cooperation, for the training in the fields of public administration and companies, signed in September 2019, between ESCEG and RANEPA, the online course "Digital transformation for governance" is developed, which includes the delivery of 4 seminars, by academics and experts from such a prestigious peer institution.
The virtual appointment is attended, in addition to representatives of the Board of Directors, specialists and professors of the ESCEG, institutions from all over the country: ministries, state bodies, national entities, institutes, universities, research centers, branch schools, business groups, companies , among others, as well as the National Innovation Council.
Today the Seminar "Digital transformation, new markets and management systems" is given by professors Elena Kireeva, Doctor in Law, Dean of the Faculty of Personnel Management and Public Function, Head of the Department of Legal Support of the State and Municipal Service of IPACS RANEPA and Maxim Prokoshin, PhD in Law, Director of the Effective Public Administration Program of IPACS RANEPA and member of the Center for Public Finance and Tax Law Studies in Central and Eastern Europe.
Next November 29, 2021, the third Seminar will be given, on the topic “Electronic Government. Experiences in the Russian Federation ”, by expert Ruslan Korchagin, PhD in Technical Sciences, Acting Director of IPACS RANEPA.
Collaboration for the preparation of cadres is strengthened between the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation and the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG).
