Cooperation Agreement signed by the Higher School of Cadres of the State and the Government of Cuba and the Academy of Public Administration attached to the President of the Republic of Belarus

As part of the strengthening of relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Cuba, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Academy of Public Administration attached to the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Higher School of State Tables and Government of Belarus. the Republic of Cuba, which formalizes cooperation ties in the areas of knowledge of the State Administration and the Government of both nations.

The document was signed by Belarus, Marat Zhylinski, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration and Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the Higher School of State Cadres and the Government of Cuba, on the Cuban side.

The document signed between both institutions, is intended to stimulate the exchange in the fields of continuing education and professional training, the conduct to joint scientific research and innovative activities.

The signing of this document is based on the priority that both governments give to the preparation of the main executives for strategic development in the economic and social fields.
