Consolidating learning in visits to good practice scenarios

The training process of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) distinguishes visits to good practice scenarios as an opportunity to develop the skills of staff. On this occasion, the students of the III edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration shared, as part of the Management topics, the exchange with the Hotel Nacional de Cuba and with the Attorney General's Office of the Republic. In both spaces, students were able to see, hand in hand with their main managers, lessons and learnings regarding the organization of work, logistics, quality management, adherence to legality, the use of digital transformation, communication , innovation and ethics, among many other topics. The participating students recognized the importance of the activity and received important lessons for their managerial performance.
