Congratulations to the people of China in the year of the rabbit

On behalf of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, we wish to express our sincere congratulations on the advent of the new lunar year in China, with congratulations and gratitude to the China International Development Cooperation Agency for its contribution in strengthening of the fruitful relations between our institution and the National Academy of Government of China.
We feel enormous satisfaction and pride for the excellent and valuable collaboration that has developed between our institutions for more than eight years, which has been strengthened and consolidated, predicting new successes and efforts this year.
We cannot fail to mention the 22 bilateral seminars between our School and the National Academy of Governance of China. The Cuban Ministerial Seminar on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Particularities for a New Era stands out, which addressed a deep update of the recently concluded XX Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Heartfelt congratulations from the Higher School of State and Government Cadres in the new year and for the successful celebration of the XX Party Congress, convinced that they will achieve the goals of the comprehensive construction of a powerful modern socialist country until the year 2035 and until the middle of the present century with the transformation of China into a powerful, prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful modern socialist country, under the leadership of Xi Jinping.
