Conference "Generic competencies of executives" given to the Supreme People's Court

On April 23, the Rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, gave the conference "Generic Cadre Competencies" to the Governing Council of the Supreme People's Tribunal, in the presence of its President, Rubén Remigio Ferro. A total of 29 participants were present, including representatives from the Provincial People's Tribunal of Havana. The meeting included the self-assessment tool for cadre competencies in relation to priorities, strengths, and gaps. The competency of ethical and revolutionary behavior was the highest priority, and among the most important and highly valued, technical and professional mastery stood out.
