Collaborative ties between ESCEG and ICRT are strengthened

With the aim of continuing to generate alliances to promote the development of the preparation of cadres and reserves, the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT) signed in the afternoon a collaboration agreement, which strengthens the links already established between both institutions. The event held at the ICRT facilities was chaired by the president of the Instituto Alfonso Noya Martínez and by the rector of the ESCEG Dr.C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, who were accompanied by the main executives of the signing parties.
At the meeting, the importance of the work of the ESCEG in managing the change of mentality of Cuban cadres, the quality of its teachers and the training given there was highlighted. The need for joint work on the subject of Social Communication was also recognized to ensure the different preparations that are organized for cadres and reserves by the school and to guarantee compliance with this pillar of the government in Cuban organizations.
The occasion was propitious to highlight the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the ESCEG this year and the commitment of the ICRT to accompany such an important event.
