Collaboration Agreement signed between ESCEG and MINCOM

On March 16, 2023, the Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno (ESCEG), represented by the Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, signed a strategic collaboration agreement with the Ministry of Communications (MINCOM), represented by Maura Arevich Marin. The existing collaboration since the creation of the ESCEG in which MINCOM has always participated is formalized, with its main cadres in the preparation and improvement of cadres in topics such as computerization policy, cybersecurity, electronic commerce and government and the digital transformation. The signing of the agreement began the Balance of Staff of MINCOM, with the presence of the Head of the State and Government Staff Directorate, Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos, and an important representation of the organization's staff.
