Cadres from the ESCEG participate in videoconference "Government Management System based on Science and Innovation"

Based in the theater of the Provincial Party of Havana, the ESCEG cadres participated in the videoconference "Government Management System based on Science and Innovation", given by the First Secretary of the PCC and President of the Republic Miguel Díaz - Canel .

Innovation-oriented government management is an alternative that leads to sustainable development, depending on the political, economic, social and cultural system, as well as the approach adopted in management. Governance, policies and legal norms, programs and plans, strategies, culture and management mechanisms contribute decisively to the sustainable development of nations. The proposal of the Government Management Model oriented to innovation is the consequence of a process of analysis, synthesis and experimentation, based on conceptual and methodological bases model that includes the scope, principles and components oriented to the conduction of the vision of the nation, in addition, the types of innovation, the management cycles and the evaluation system for the implementation of the model with a Balanced Scorecard. Result that will have its maximum expression in its practical instrumentation in the OACE, Governments and companies.
After the presentation of the First Secretary of the PCC and President of the Republic Miguel Díaz - Canel, the Minister of Higher Education together with other directors explained how to implement the proposal from the undergraduate and graduate activity, in addition to valuable experiences presented by other universities in the country .
The ESCEG cadres not only appropriated the elements set forth in the proposal, but will also be consistent with it in the preparation of cadres and reserves of the State and Government.
