The Board of Directors of the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba (MES) is developed by Videoconference with the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Roberto Morales Ojeda and the Minister, Dr.C. José Ramón Saborido Loidi, which summarizes the recently developed route of the Ministry Directorate for the centers to evaluate the Post-COVID-19 Strategy, in the First and Second Stages. The top management of the Ministry, the Rectors and Directors of the ECTI, as well as other members of the respective boards of directors of the centers participate. The Deputy Prime Minister recognizes the work carried out in the confrontation with COVID-19 of all the management councils of the MES and other universities and ECTI, their cloisters and workers, both in attending to isolation centers, solving multiple problems by putting based on the scientific potential, and the work carried out by the students. This has allowed Cuba to achieve a favorable situation, and it has not had to assume an endemic situation, which is the result of the power of Public Health, the Government and the role of the people with their responsibility and wisdom. Cuba is a reference country for the world.
