The 1st Training in the competency profiles of the Tabacuba Business Group cadres by the ESCEG begins

On October 16, training on competency profiles was given to the Tabacuba business group cadres for the implementation of one of the 63 agricultural measures. The training was organized between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres and the Chief of Tabacuba cadres. The Director of the Ministry of Agriculture Maray Muriel Escobar also participated. The design of the profiles includes the functions, attributions, obligations, training requirements, time in the direction, promotional transit, knowledge, skills and values. Instruments are applied and the dictionary of competencies is reviewed. In mid-November, each painting delivers its profile design, reconciled with its boss. Progress will also be made in the second self-assessment training of the cadres by competencies. The legal norms of the Work System with tables and reserves establishes the need to design the competency profiles. These are being applied throughout the sector and the experience of the Ganadero Group led by its Chief of Staff has been very valuable.
