The PCC, the Union and the Administration congratulate the women of the ESCEG on the occasion of International Women's Day

The women of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres receive the recognition and congratulations of the PCC, the union and the Administration on the occasion of celebrating International Women's Day.
March 8 is considered as a festive and commemorative day; however, there were historical events that led to that day becoming International Women's Day. It was at the Second Conference of Socialist Women (Copenhagen, 1910) where it was confirmed that women were occupying a vigorous place in the struggles of the working class, to the point of "becoming a social force that cannot be ignored in the process of the class struggle”, and where they voted for this annual day of struggle for the emancipation of women. There, the date of realization was left to each country.
