Today there is an academic exchange on "Design and evaluation of cadres competencies and cadre competency training" with the Administration Academy attached to the President of the Republic of Belarus


Covered in the Cooperation Agreement, signed on February 21, 2017, between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Academy of Administration attached to the President of the Republic of Belarus, it was developed, on the day of Today, an academic exchange on the topic "Design and evaluation of cadres' competencies and cadre competency training", organized jointly by both institutions.
The opening remarks of the virtual exchange were given, on the Cuban side, by Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of the ESCEG and, on the Belarusian side, by Olga Soldatova, First Vice-Rector of the homologous academy.
For the ESCEG, in addition to the Rector, the virtual appointment was attended by Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, Vice-Rector, José Miguel Valdés Portal, Head of the Department of Informatics, Michelle Pérez Acosta, Specialist in Informatics Sciences and Santiago Pérez Benítez, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Belarus.
For the Administration Academy attached to the President of the Republic of Belarus, Olga Soldatova, First Vice-Chancellor, Valentina Shvaiko, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Tatiana Prannik, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Educational Programs attended.
At the meeting, cooperation proposals for the year 2022 were also analyzed, reconciling between the parties the topics to be discussed in upcoming videoconferences and the continuity of publication of scientific articles in the scientific journals of both institutions.
Both parties thanked the exchange carried out, with the commitment to continue consolidating the collaboration, for the benefit of the training and preparation of executives from both nations.
