The Rector of the Superior School of State and Government Paintings receives Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández Frank País Award of II Degree

On the occasion of the celebrations for the Educator's Day, the Rector of the Superior School of Government State Paintings was recognized this morning with the Frank País II Degree Decoration. The medal was awarded by the Minister of Higher Education Dr. José Ramón Saborido, a recognition made for the excellent results achieved by comrade Mercedes in teaching, research and management.
