The online course "Digital transformation for governance" continues to be developed

Organized jointly by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of Economics and National Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation and, under the Memorandum of Cooperation, for the training in the fields of public and business administration, signed in September 2019, between ESCEG and RANEPA, the online course "Digital transformation for governance" continues to be developed, which includes the delivery of 4 seminars, by academics and experts from such a prestigious peer institution.
The online training program provides for the development of 4 seminars.
On November 15, 2021, the Seminar "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" was given by Elena Ermolaeva, PhD in Economics, associate professor of the Department of State Regulation of the Economy of IPACS RANEPA.
The second seminar was held on November 18, 2021, and addressed the topic "Digital transformation, new markets and management systems", which was taught by experts Elena Kireeva, Doctor of Law, Dean of the Faculty of Personnel Management and Public Function, Head of the Legal Support Department of the State and Municipal Service of IPACS RANEPA and Maxim Prokoshin, PhD in Law, Director of the Effective Public Administration Program of IPACS RANEPA and member of the Center for Studies of Public Finance and Tax Law in Central Europe and Oriental.
Recently, on November 29, 2021, the Third Seminar “Electronic Government. Experiences in the Russian Federation ”, given by Ruslan Korchagin, PhD in Technical Sciences, Acting Director of IPACS RANEPA.
The Fourth Seminar “Digital Government. Experiences in the Russian Federation ”, which will be taught by Konstantin Nosachev, Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, RANEPA expert in state digital processes and electronic government program systems, responsible for IT projects, for the public sector and business.
