The Vice President of the Government of Havana, Luís Carlos Góngora, together with the Rector of the ESCEG Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, exchanged with the ESCEG board of directors.In a pleasant and exchange atmosphere, the progress made by the Government in local development projects was exposed by the Vice President of the Government of Havana, the experiences presented constitute an important reference for the intentional preparation of the cadres, which become polygons of good practices for cadres during their transit through the ESCEG, either in the Diploma or AP and DGE Specialty modality.
The success of the experiences contributed has been in the desi.gn of a good strategy, determining the potentialities, barriers and ideas that can be worked on and in a deliberate preparation of the work team.The meeting was conducive to exchange on the actions carried out by the ESCEG for the attention of the government cadres of the Boyeros municipality.
