Preparation of tables in Strategic Foresight

On September 25, 2021, the Higher School of State and Government Charts (ESCEG) participated in the preparation of Charts (ESCEG) of the Council of Ministers on the topic “Strategic Prospective” given by the professors: Dr. C. Lydia María Garrigó Andreu (ESCEG Methodologist) and Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández (ESCEG Rector). The topics of the preparation were:

⦁ Strategic prospective model.
⦁ Case study: Camagüey municipality strategy to 2030.
⦁ Case study: Strategy of the Tables Policy of the VIII Congress of the PCC.
⦁ Case study: Strategic map of the Balanced Scorecard of the Government Management Model oriented to innovation (MGGI).
