Continuity of ESCEG's collaboration with the Institutions of the People's Republic of China in times of COVID19

During the month of June, with a view to developing virtual exchanges from September 20, 2020, ESCEG established contacts via email and by WeChat with representatives of the institutions of the People's Republic of China with which it maintains international collaborative relations: Chinese Academy of Governance; International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission of China; Development Research Center of the State Council of the People's Republic of China (DRC); Organization Department of the Central Committee of State and Party Bodies of China; Shanghai Institute of Administration and Shandong Institute of Public Administration. The representatives of these institutions have shown interest in maintaining collaboration under current conditions.

Among the topics of greatest interest for the exchange, virtual meetings and online courses are:

    One Strip and One Route Initiative in times of COVID and Post COVID.
    Governance and Public Administration.
    New ways of preparing managers at COVID and Post COVID.
    Teleworking modalities and work organization in times of COVID and Post COVID.

As possible variants of exchanges it was proposed:

    Videos, which may contain lectures, expert comments, or filmed materials, on topics of mutual interest.
    Exchanges of information on topics of mutual interest, through presentations (ppt), documents in word or pdf, books, etc.
    Joint seminars or courses, on topics of mutual interest, with the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), allowing access through authentication of the participants, allowing materials or videos to be shared.
