Course of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration taught to Cuban managers

With great satisfaction and pride, from May 12 to June 26, the Higher School of State and Government Cadres of Cuba (ESCEG) is conducting an online course for Cuban managers entitled "Technologies for the Personal Professional Development of Public Servants." The course, offered by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), consists of 16 online sessions, individual preparation using materials available on the online learning platform, and assessments. Thirty students are participating, including managers and public officials from 18 different agencies, ministries, business groups, institutions, and universities, all of whom hold responsibilities in the training, selection, and evaluation of public servants and the Cuban state enterprise system. The opening ceremony was presided over by Margolin Andrei Markovich, Vice-Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and Mercedes Delgado Fernández, Rector of ESCEG. At the opening ceremony, the Rector of ESCEG expressed her gratitude for the close ties of friendship and cooperation with the Presidential Academy of Russia, which have been fostered since 2019 through more than 20 in-person and virtual exchanges that have provided training to over 900 managers, officials, professors, and students. The implementation of this course is part of the intergovernmental agreements for Cuba-Russia collaboration in Higher Education.
