ESCEG signs collaboration agreement with the Isla Azul Hotel Chain

On April 1st, the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Isla Azul Hotel Chain signed a collaboration agreement. The agreement was signed by Rector Mercedes Delgado Fernández and Isla Azul Hotel Chain President Marisol Rodríguez Correa. Through this agreement, an integrated action plan is established to train managers and reserve personnel within the business system, utilizing various postgraduate training modalities, with an emphasis on blended and online learning. The agreement also includes knowledge exchanges, visits to best practices, regulations, and experiences to enhance the training of managers, reserve personnel, and talent pools within the business system. This aims to contribute to the chain's development programs, which are aligned with the School's strategic objectives. Similarly, work will be done on the development of joint research projects and studies on topics of mutual interest, and participation in international collaboration projects will be undertaken with the aim of improving management related to leadership development and creating best practice areas with the main advances for the preparation of managers, reserves and talent pools.
