ESCEG workers recognized at Educator's Day

The Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) recognized 15 of its employees—both teaching and non-teaching staff—with the Outstanding Worker Award for 2025, during the celebration of Teacher's Day. At the ceremony, special recognition was also given to Vice-Rector Lisi Campos Chaurero, who received the José María de Mendive Award, granted by the Education, Culture, and Sports Union, and to Professor Raudelis Peña Breffe, PhD, of the Department of Business Administration and Management, who successfully completed the requirements for the position of Full Professor.
The event was presided over by the school's Rector, Mercedes Delgado Fernández, PhD, and the Secretary of the Union Section, Marlenys Martínez Clapé, PhD, who, in acknowledging the merits of the honorees, highlighted the school's hard work throughout the year in fulfilling its mission, facing challenges, and upholding unity within the workforce.
At the same time, all those present were invited to work next year toward achieving higher goals, highlighting the organization of the 1st International Convention on Innovation and Leadership in Public and Business Administration (CILAPE 2026) and the celebration of the institution's 15th anniversary.
