Public Administration Course for RANEPA Students Concludes


Students from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), participating in the Public Administration Course offered by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG), successfully completed their coursework by presenting proposals for Russia-Cuba collaboration. The course program was led by Professors Dr. Lydia Garrigó Andreu, Dr. Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, and Public Administration Postgraduate Specialist Grety Milián Garcia. It included content related to the context of Cuban public administration and strategic planning, along with the use of analytical and diagnostic techniques. These elements contributed to the presentation of final reports on collaboration in science and culture between the two nations. The course also incorporated basic Spanish language lessons. The students highly praised the results achieved, finding the program of study very satisfactory. The course included visits to the National Assembly of People's Power, the Supreme People's Court, the Embassy of the Russian Federation, and sites of historical and cultural interest in the capital.
