Undergraduate and graduate students at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) began the Public Administration Course for RANEPA Students, organized by the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG). The course is being taught by Dr. Lydia Garrigó Andreu, Dr. Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, Public Administration Specialist Grety Milián Garcia, and Isabel Concepción Rodríguez, who is providing simultaneous interpretation.

The course, scheduled to take place between November 25 and 28, aims to introduce Russian students to the Spanish language and develop their skills in the areas of Public Administration Contextualization and Strategic Foresight. The course will include exercises focused on diagnosis and strategic analysis, which will facilitate the development of final team proposals on Cuba-Russia international cooperation. As part of the course, participants will visit the Havana Fair, heritage sites in the capital, and the Supreme People's Court.
