The ESCEG begins the Course on the selection, evaluation and development of managers and the second edition of the Public Administration Course for RANEPA students

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in September 2019 between the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), attached to the President of the Russian Federation, and jointly organized by both institutions, the Course on Selection, Evaluation, and Development of Managers begins at ESCEG. This in-person course will be held from November 25 to 28, 2025, with more than 60 participants from over 30 different institutions, mostly managers with responsibilities in cadre training and human resource management.

The training is provided by professors and directors from the Russian Presidential Academy, renowned for their expertise in cadre training, personnel policy, modern management strategies and practices, personnel evaluation and development methods, interview techniques, leadership development models, managerial competencies, career paths for managers, and project management.

Also beginning at ESCEG is the second edition of the Public Administration Course for RANEPA students, a course taught by three professors from the institution, experts in public administration, strategic planning, and Spanish language preparation.
Presiding over the event on behalf of ESCEG was its Rector, Dr. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, and on behalf of RANEPA were Korchagin Ruslan Nikolaevich, Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Management of the Presidential Academy; Ilya Borisovich Sheburakov, Deputy Director of the Higher School of Public Administration of the Presidential Academy; and Sikirinskaya Karolina Alexandrovna, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Institute of Public Administration and Management of the Presidential Academy. Also attending the opening ceremony were Miguel Mario Cabrera Castellanos, Head of the Directorate of State and Government Personnel, and Mr. Denis V. Khromov, Deputy Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representation in Cuba.
